TERMS OF USE & RIGHTS POLICY
Applies to both Nyhetseko.se and Akademia.nyhetseko.se
1. Freedom of Speech & Intent
This platform exists to protect free thought, critical inquiry, and sober analysis of public events.
All texts, analyses, and commentaries are protected by:
- Swedish Constitution (Regeringsformen, Chapter 2)
- European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR, Article 10)
- UN Declaration of Human Rights (Article 19)
We do not promote violence, discrimination, or hatred. We defend every person’s right to think freely — even about difficult or controversial matters.
2. Responsibility & Disclaimer
All content is written with the intent to:
- Uphold rule of law and due process
- Examine contradictions in official narratives
- Protect innocent individuals from unjust blame
- Elevate perspectives at risk of being silenced
No content on this site should be interpreted as:
- Hate propaganda
- Support for violence or extremism
- Disrespect toward justice systems
We believe in slow justice. Silence is not guilt.
3. Anti-Censorship & Right to Investigate
This platform belongs to no ideology.
We follow what is right — when it is right.
People are shaped by their conditions. No one is born an extremist. We examine the systems, stories, and structures behind events. That is our protected right.
4. Comments & Contributions
Comments and external contributions are welcome as long as they:
- Maintain respectful tone
- Do not incite violence
- Do not break Swedish law
We reserve the right to moderate content that is:
- Provocative or intentionally disruptive
- Spam or automation-generated noise
- Personal attacks
5. Privacy & GDPR
We do not collect personal data for sale or profiling. Any forms, newsletters, or contact fields are handled under GDPR:
- You have the right to be forgotten
- You may request data removal or export
- We never sell your data
Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or Matomo) are anonymized.
6. Sources, AI & Reuse
We work with open sources, publicly available images, and AI-assisted writing tools.
- Source criticism is always applied
- AI is used as a tool — never as final authority
No content may be reproduced commercially without permission.
7. Closing Words
“I do not serve ideology. I serve what is right — and what is right must change when truth changes.”
This policy was authored to defend freedom of expression, research ethics, and civil courage. Any attempt to reframe our work as hateful is in itself an act of silencing — and will be met with facts, law, and dignity.
